Inspired by Tweed: Big Apple Tweed Ride -Munaluchi Bride

Happy Monday! We’d like to let you know about an event happening on Sunday, the 21st of November. It’s called the Big Apple Tweed Ride and Munaluchi Bridal is excited about being one of the sponsors for the event.

The Big Apple Tweed Ride is a social biking event which is a brilliant combination of bicycling, fashion, culture, and community. Guys and gals slip into their best tweed or vintage garb while cycling through a defined route throughout Brooklyn on vintage bikes, invoking the historic and nostalgic culture of the 1800’s. The bike ride begins at Grand Army Plaza, through Boerum Hill, and ends up in Park Slope. Prizes will be awarded for Most Distinguished Lad and Most Ravishing Lass and the event will end with an English tea social gathering at the Flatbush Farm Restaurant. Proceeds from the event benefit the charity, Virginia’s House of Hope.
