Recap From Our Issue Release Party and 2015 Tour Kickoff -Munaluchi Bride

What a night! A few weeks ago we celebrated our latest issue featuring the lovely Demetria Lucas-D’Oyley of ABelleinBrooklyn — which is currently on newsstands everywhere — and kicked off our 2015 tour at the gorgeous 501 Union in Brooklyn, NY.

Surrounded by our Coterie family, fabulous brides, and wedding enthusiasts, the issue release party was the perfect celebration after all of the hard work that goes into putting together an issue.

We had the pleasure of being hosted once again by Lauren of Elle’s Couture Events who pulled together a team of truly amazing Coterie members to create a flawless experience for our guests. Upon arrival, we were greeted with the sultry sounds of one of our newest Coterie members, Acute Inflections. If you haven’t experienced the magic they create, definitely head over to their portfolio page to learn more about this duo. Guests also had the opportunity to strike a pose in front of our custom built backdrop adorned with flowers from Passion Roses and our glam Munaluchi sign created by Ten23 Designs. Right upon entrance was a table overflowing with glasses of bubbly and adorned with the most stunning floral centerpiece designed by Makini Regal Designs.

Cocktail tables with the pretties linens from The Finishing Touch NY could be seen throughout the gorgeous 501 Union. Towards the stage, a larger table with a gorgeous tablescape design provided inspiration for our brides-to-be. Everything on the table was dripping with beauty, including the wooden placecards and calligraphed menus created byEliza Gwendalyn. On the stage,IET Band kept us entertained. We absolutely loved them!

The space at 501 Union was also perfect for our Coterie Lounge created by Elle’s Couture Events. In the lounge, brides-to-be were able to meet one-on-one with our Coterie members and learn more about their businesses. In addition, our faux bride and groom fabulously styled by Selina of Vainglorious Brides and Donnell of Mr. Baldwin Style served plenty of fashion inspiration for our guests. And the food by Chef Omar of Omar’s Kitchen was outstanding!

Some of the highlights from the evening included the sweet donut station by Sweet Dream Mini Donuts . We also got to devour the most delicious slices of cake from Jadore Cakes and Ohh Shoot Booth by Joshua Dwain setup a dope photobooth that was occupied the entire night.
