Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade Cover Essence February Issue

For their February issue this year, Essence chose to use gorgeous actress (and presidential appointee to the National Advisory Committee on Violence Against Women), Gabrielle Union, and NBA superstar, Dwyane Wade, as their cover stars in this “Finding Love” issue. In addition to being celebrities in their own right, Union and Wade have been in the public spotlight for their burgeoning romance.

On their relationship, Wade says in his Essence interview,

“We’re not rushing it. Both of us have been married before, and we understand that if we choose to marry again, we want it to be right. We both took failing at marriage hard. The next time[,] it’s gotta be forever…”
