Memberships and digital services are billed on a recurring basis and can be canceled at any time. All payments are non-refundable. Magazine purchases made through our Shopify store are also non-refundable once shipped. Event registrations follow event-specific terms stated at checkout.
13. Magazine Subscriptions & Address Changes
For print magazine subscriptions purchased via our Shopify store:
- To change your address, email [email protected]. Updates may take up to two weeks to process.
- Magazines may not be forwarded by the postal service. We cannot replace issues discarded due to unreported address changes.
