If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will honor a full refund (excluding magazines and paid advertisements). Magazines are non returnable. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please notify us in writing or call 888-501-1272. You will receive a prorated refund on all un-mailed copies. Single issues will not be refunded. Our magazines ship quarterly. Please allow up to one month from the release date for delivery. If your magazine has not arrived after this date, we will happily send you a replacement. If your magazine has printing or binding errors, please call 888-501-1272 for a replacement, or email email@example.com. Regretfully, we can not replace magazines damaged during delivery or use.
Payments for single issue subscriptions, digital, and print advertisements will be accepted via this website. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Change of Address
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your updated contact information. Address changes will be processed within 2 weeks. Magazines may not be forwarded by the Post Office, even if you file an address change. We regret that we cannot replace issues discarded by the Post Office due to an address change.
