Munaluchi Submissions Process – Online Features
Think of this as your digital runway. To be considered, complete the submission form below and share your gallery.
What to send us:
- Weddings + Styled Shoots: 75–100 curated images
- Engagements: 25–50 images
- Image specs: minimum 1200px wide, 72 dpi
Important Notes:
- ⚠️ Sizing matters. If your files aren’t publication-ready, your feature will be delayed or rejected.
- Watermarks? Never. Every creative receives full credit in our vendor spotlight.
What to expect:
- After submitting your event, you’ll receive an email that includes a Submissions ID number. This is the best way to track your submission. If you submitted and did not receive an email from info (at) munaluchibridal.com please check your spam folder, and if needed, email us to inquire if we received it.
- Submissions decisions: Our general response time is 8–12 weeks
- Expedited submissions: For MunaCoterie Members, you’ll hear back within 3 weeks (Make sure to indicate if you are a member or if a member worked on your wedding).

Munaluchi Submissions Process – Print Features
Print is legacy. Munaluchi Magazine is where artistry outlives trends, and your work becomes part of something collectible. Our print magazine is produced 3 times a year and available for purchase in the MunaShop.
Review timeline:
- Expect 2–3 months for a decision. If you submit your event during an open Call for Submissions, you can expect a response quicker. At the time of the Call for Submissions, you’ll be provided more details on when our final decisions will be made.
- All submissions are reviewed for print first, then online
If selected for print:
- We’ll request hi-res images (8×12″, 300 dpi)
- You’ll be contacted to complete a questionnaire
- A publication date will be provided once it’s finalized
Notes:
- If your event was previously published in another magazine or on another website, it will not be considered for print or online.
- For Weddings, the wedding date must be less than 12 months from the time you submit.
- For Engagement Sessions, we will publish if the wedding has not taken place yet.

Essentials
- Every accepted submission requires a questionnaire + full vendor credits. If your submissions is accepted, we’ll email the questionnaire to you.
- ⚠️ If we can’t download your gallery easily (passwords missing, accounts required), your submission slides to the back of the queue or is automatically rejected.
- By submitting, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, including possible partner publication features (you’ll always be notified first.)

You. Whether you’re the couple or a you’re a part of the vendor team (photographer, planner, designer, etc.), you’re welcome to submit. Just be sure you have permission from any vendors involved, and complete all required credits.
For weddings or styled shoots: ~75–100 of your strongest images. For engagement sessions: 25–50 images. Curate for impact…less is more.
No less than 1200px width, 72 dpi (for digital). For print features, we’ll request hi-res files (8″×12″, 300 dpi).
Yes. We only consider events that haven’t been featured in other publications (print or online), or heavily on social media. This ensures freshness for our readers.

Yes, when they align with our aesthetic and storytelling goals. Styled shoots and engagements are accepted across our platforms, but real weddings get primary consideration for print.
If your gallery link is broken, locked behind password/account walls, or images can’t be downloaded, we’ll have to push your submission in the queue until it’s resolved.
No. We feature any couple with a heartfelt love story and stellar photography. Your wedding does not need to be of a million dollar budget to get featured. Just amazing photography as a starting point.
We require full vendor credits: names, roles, and websites urls and/or Instagram handles. Every creative who contributed deserves acknowledgment. Our website links are do-follow, giving each professional credit with some SEO power.
For Instagram features, most events featured on our website will eventually be featured on social. We may not list every single vendor that worked the weddings in the IG caption, but will link to the website feature for the full vendor list. We only guarantee Instagram mentions in captions for our advertisers.
Absolutely. Typically, we will only reach out to you if we have accepted your submission. If a reasonable amount of time has passed and you are not certain if we received your submission, email [email protected] with your Submission ID number to check in or request feedback.
We receive a large number of submissions which inhibits us from responding to every entry, especially those that are not accepted.
