Munaluchi Submissions Process – Online Features

Think of this as your digital runway. To be considered, complete the submission form below and share your gallery.

What to send us:

  • Weddings + Styled Shoots: 75–100 curated images
  • Engagements: 25–50 images
  • Image specs: minimum 1200px wide, 72 dpi

Important Notes:

  • ⚠️ Sizing matters. If your files aren’t publication-ready, your feature will be delayed or rejected.
  • Watermarks? Never. Every creative receives full credit in our vendor spotlight.

What to expect:

  • After submitting your event, you’ll receive an email that includes a Submissions ID number. This is the best way to track your submission. If you submitted and did not receive an email from info (at) munaluchibridal.com please check your spam folder, and if needed, email us to inquire if we received it.
  • Submissions decisions: Our general response time is 8–12 weeks
  • Expedited submissions: For MunaCoterie Members, you’ll hear back within 3 weeks (Make sure to indicate if you are a member or if a member worked on your wedding).

Munaluchi Submissions Process – Print Features

Print is legacy. Munaluchi Magazine is where artistry outlives trends, and your work becomes part of something collectible. Our print magazine is produced 3 times a year and available for purchase in the MunaShop.

Review timeline:

  • Expect 2–3 months for a decision. If you submit your event during an open Call for Submissions, you can expect a response quicker. At the time of the Call for Submissions, you’ll be provided more details on when our final decisions will be made.
  • All submissions are reviewed for print first, then online

If selected for print:

  • We’ll request hi-res images (8×12″, 300 dpi)
  • You’ll be contacted to complete a questionnaire
  • A publication date will be provided once it’s finalized

Notes:

  • If your event was previously published in another magazine or on another website, it will not be considered for print or online.
  • For Weddings, the wedding date must be less than 12 months from the time you submit.
  • For Engagement Sessions, we will publish if the wedding has not taken place yet.

  • Watermarks on photos
  • Weddings that occurred over a year ago
  • Photo galleries with multiple editing styles
  • Submissions that have been featured elsewhere or heavily on social media

Essentials

  • Every accepted submission requires a questionnaire + full vendor credits. If your submissions is accepted, we’ll email the questionnaire to you.
  • ⚠️ If we can’t download your gallery easily (passwords missing, accounts required), your submission slides to the back of the queue or is automatically rejected.
  • By submitting, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, including possible partner publication features (you’ll always be notified first.)
