The experience is intentionally capped at approximately 10-15 vendors to maintain balance, pacing, and quality interactions.


How long is each interaction?

Each vendor will have short, timed conversations with couples. The format is designed to be efficient while still allowing enough time for meaningful dialogue and first impressions. You’ll also have access to the entire event so you will have ample time to engage with the couples.


What should I expect to talk about?

Think introductions, fit, and value, not full proposals.
Couples are encouraged to ask questions about your approach, experience, and what makes working with you distinct. This is about connection, not closing on the spot.


What do vendors receive as part of the $400 participation fee?

Vendor participation includes both in-room access and post-event visibility:

Couples are encouraged to share contact details with vendors they’re interested in following up with. Vendors may also note couples of interest for post-event outreach, in alignment with event guidelines. Couples will also receive a vendor directory with your contact information.

What’s the time commitment?

Vendor speed dating runs approximately 1-2 hours during the daytime symposium. You’ll also have access to the evening vendor soirée (networking reception with cocktails and entertainment).


Do I need to bring booth materials or marketing materials?

Light materials (business cards or a small lookbook) are welcome but not required. Couples are focused on conversation first; thoughtful follow-up is encouraged. No traditional booth setup required. Bring business cards, a portfolio or tablet to show your work, and any small takeaways you’d like to offer couples. This is conversation-based, not display-based. Each vendor will receive a high-boy table, linen and chairs.

What happens after the speed dating portion?
