Every New Year’s Eve, Kristin and Antonio take a trip so that they can usher in the new year in a different city. And for NYE 2016, the couple decided to head to Charlotte, NC. The pair commemorated in true fashion by getting decked in their best and heading from spot-to-spot to toast in 2016.
Once they arrived back at their hotel room around 2am, they wound down and began chatting about what they anticipated most for their 2016. “We talked about new opportunities and goals, and Antonio says, ‘I’m looking forward to living stress free and making you happy. Will you marry me?’ I literally had to open my eyes, turn on the lights, and put on my glasses to make sure I was hearing what I thought I heard” shares Kristin. And of course, after regaining her senses, Kristin responded with a yes!
