Tell us how you met and all about the proposal. “Corenzo and Norma met in Hollywood FL, at a Urban League “I am Empowered” mixer. They were introduced to each other when a photographer asked them to take a picture holding the Urban League “I am Empowered Sign.” Later on that night, Corenzo approached Norma and asked for her number. They hit it off immediately, bonding over their mutual love for giving back to the community, God and family. Corenzo and Norma dated for 4 years before Corenzo proposed to Norma on August 12,2016.
Describe your engagement session. We wanted to have an elegant but fun engagement session.
What did you do on your first date? At the time, we both worked within the same area. So we met for lunch and talked at Corenzo’s favorite salad spot.
What’s your favorite thing to do as a couple? Spending time together! It could be anything from watching our favorite TV shows, going to the movies or attending local events.
How has wedding planning been so far? It’s a LOT of planning but its been going very well.
