Add a touch of holiday glam – If you’re like me and are obsessed with glitter, metallics or sequins chances are that you’ve got glam taste.  To take your glam holiday décor to the next level, try adding sequins or beaded accent pillows and a faux mink throw or rug. This faux sheep area rug not only adds that glam factor but also is super plush and perfect for cozying up with friends and family for the holidays. These are all items that not only scream glam but they also add texture and visual interest to the space.

Incorporate fresh blooms in your space – I am a true flowernista so fresh blooms are an absolute must for my space, especially during the holidays. It brings life to any space and or course nothing beats the fragrance of fresh flowers. I used hydrangeas and roses to create this arrangement but you could use your favorite flower variety and festive vase for your centerpiece. Your coffee table is the perfect place to display your gorgeous arrangement.

Use lots of candles – Nothing makes a room feel more festive and inviting than candlelight. Pack in all of your favorite votives, candelabras and pillar candles in your space. Not only is it a great way to create a warm and ambient feel but it’s also a great way to incorporate your favorite holiday scents.

Deck the mantle – Whether your taste is traditional or eclectic, the fireplace is the focal point of the room and the perfect place to express your personality and distinctive style. On this mantel, I incorporated all of my favorite metallic and mercury glass pieces. You can also add your most beautiful ornaments, heirloom items and family photos to your mantle. Don’t forget to add garland as it adds a traditional holiday feel and perfectly complements your fireplace.

Create a Tantalizing Tablescape- Whether it’s an intimate setup for two or a holiday party for ten, setting your table is a must do for the holiday season. The key to creating a glam, festive tablescape is to layer your elements. This sequins table linen creates a reflective, sparkly base. The beaded chargers add formality to the table and the lush floral arrangement adds texture.
