   To serve. I have helped plan weddings that included cake in addition to tea cakes, pralines, pecan tarts, mini sweet potatoe pies, chocolate candy pops, etc.

   There is something called thecrepecakecompany.com and they make marvelous crepe cakes which I would serve with jams, fruits, nutella, etc. And they can be teired like traditional wedding cakes.
