Lupita Nyong’o is geninuely surprised that she is a fashion icon. In an interview with Vulture Online, Lupita played it coy saying, “You have to wear something to these events, so I wore things, and people took to them. It was not my agenda at all! But it’s fun, and I’m flattered that everyone is digging my style. It’s great to have something to dress up for. You know, I spent three years in slacks at drama school, so now I like putting a dress on.” The Yale Drama School graduate and SAG Award Winner has become incredibly popular in a short time period because of her undeniable talent, impeccable style and humbleness.
