Brooklyn Meets Bollywood in this Vibrant Editorial Shoot by Kaylabelle Events

When you hear the word Bollywood, what comes to mind?  Bright colors, gold jewels, intricate attire and more, right?  And when you think of Brooklyn, what comes to mind.  Cool, hipster, edgy, natural hair and the list goes on.  So when our Coterie member Janelle of NY based Kayla Belle Weddings & Events pitched the idea of a "Brooklyn Meets Bollywood" wedding inspiration shoot, we were all over it.  Janelle assembled a superstar team of NY based vendors who worked together to produce a vibrant and inspiration editorial shoot perfectly blending the cultures of both Brooklyn and India.

The models were perfectly paired, and the fashion, curated by Coterie member Luxe LeBlanc was right on point.  Indulge in this fashion forward and culturally inspiring shoot photographed by Kesha Lambert Photography.  And thanks to our Coterie members that worked together on the shoot including Juicy Looks MUA, Pantora Bridal, Paper Dreams and Keepsakes, LLC, and The Green Building. #strongertogether

    • Janelle Morris

Thank you Dorothy, I so happy you loved our inspiration.

  3. Loraine Mojica-McCall

Fabulous stylized shoot! I loved the gold and color mehndi (henna design) I’ve only had one bride color her traditional mehndi in. That trend is not catching up fast enough!

    • Janelle Morris

Thank you so much Loraine. This was such a labor of love producing this shoot!
