Tell us about the proposal!
“We were laying in bed about to get up for work. Our son (Mason) was asleep between us. He somehow slipped the ring in his hand. Mason held onto it in his sleep. He began to wake up and open his hand. I [saw] something shiny in his hand. I said Lenis what is that in his hand. His answer to me was , ‘Will you marry me?’ I said yes!!”
How did you meet?
“We have actually never told anyone but two of our close friends, and Lynn. We actually met on a dating site called TAG. We met Oct. 17, 2012.”
First date?
“Our first date was not really a first date. Since we had met each other on a dating site. I wanted to meet him at a public area. So we decided to meet at Target! lol”
What she loves most about him…
“I love that he is a great provider, and caring. He will do whatever to make sure that I am happy. He’s a great father. He is a godly man.”
What he loves most about her…
“I love her crazy cool personality. She’s very into making sure her family is good, and always put the kids and I first no matter what. After losing my job a yr ago she has stood by my side and has not given up on me. She’s my ride or die, lol.”
