What do you get when you put a handful of talented wedding professionals together with beautiful models and a gorgeous Brooklyn city backdrop? Utter beauty. This past summer, Munaluchi Bride Coterie members in the NYC area, participated in a styled shoot inspired by vintage fashion, and the beauty of Brooklyn. It was truly a pleasure to witness the creativity of this talented group. As you can see from these gorgeous photos by Petronella Photography, their talent is limitless.

My choice is #1 Azura because it says Royalty all over it. I would feel like a queen with this headpiece. I love the netting and the most elegant Swarovski crystals. Love it!
I love #2! I’m a very simple bride and hair comb is so amazing, it will add that pop of elegance to my hair!
My choice would have to be #2. The hair comb is gorgeous, and delicate. It’s simple yet elegant; small yet detailed. It’s the perfect touch to compliment a wedding dress in all the right ways!
#3 – is my fave. It’s classic and sleek!
All three headpieces are gorgeous! But if I had to choose I would choose #3. Simply because my wedding theme is, “Vintage Glam” and this headpiece is PERFECT. It screams OLD BLACK HOLLYWOOD! I have natural hair and plan to wear my hair in a HUGE twisted bun! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this photo shoot!
#3 is my favorite because it truly serves as an accent piece and allows her amazing hairstyle to be the star.
Number 2 is my favorite it is certainly romantic and classic just like my hubby to be!

Number 3 is so classy, elegant and definitely doesnt take anything away from the dress nor does it hide the beauty of her hairstyle. It is vintage, elegant and stands out on its own without taking away from the rest of her look. Stunning!
I was planning on styling my hair into some kind of faux-hawk updo, kind of like that gorgeous model, and I think a bridal haircomb like the Alessa is what looks best with that hairstyle.

I have been natural for 4 years, and the first 2 years were really hard embracing my natural curls. I adore the Alessa silver bridal haircomb… #2!!! I plan to have more of an updo for my ceremony and wear my hair out for the reception. The comb is versatile enough to wear both parts of the day. I don’t wear much jewelry so the comb would be the statement piece, besides myself of course ;-)

#1 is absolutely perfect. I’m taking inspiration from my vintage ring and creating a full 1920’s-inspired look for my wedding day. This headband would be the perfect to compliment my dreamy romantic look!
I love the #2 Alessa haircomb! I have a satiny classic wedding dress with a small brooch sewn in at the waistline and I would like a little bling in my hairstyle in lieu of a veil. I have LONG super thick natural hair and instead of wearing it down I intend to create a beautiful twisted updo style – this ornament would be the perfect touch to capture the sunlight that will beaming on me on my special day! :D

I absolutely love #2, Alessa! It has just the right amount of bling, allowing it to be dressed up or down. I like number 3 alonza it’s a classic look, the veil seem to take me back to an era when marriage and love was the most important thing.

It is by far the most elegant, timeless, truly classic headpiece I’ve seen. it reminds me of how I picture it being something my 94 year old grandmother would have worn back in the 20’s-30’s and a piece she would have cherished so much, she’d still have it today! #3 Alonza – Russian netted veil Beautifully Classic with Simple elegance…
They are all gorgeous, but #3, Alonza, is my favorite. Such a glamorous addition for an elopement!
I consider my everyday style to be classic, but for my wedding, I intend on being a 50s style bride. Cocktail length sheath with three-quarter length sleeves in champagne satin. The dress will be simple, but the accessories will be glam. Along with my broach bouquet featuring some of my grandmother’s costume jewelry and stems wrapped with one of my grandfather’s ties (my somethings old), I hope to also add the Alessa hair comb to adorn my hair, and be my “something new.”
I think the Alessa would be a wonderful accent for both short and long hair, and because I tend to change mine based on the direction of the wind, it will work for me. I enjoy the simplicity of its glamour and know it will go wonderfully with my look.

I really like Veil number 3, Alonza. It is everything I have been looking for. I like to go against the grain sometimes and the women in my family who have a big wedding wear a long veil that completely overs the face.
After looking at all the veils I knew that the Alonza veil was the one for me. The veil spoke to me and I could envision myself wearing it. Also the model who was wearing it was fierce and the way if made her look was as if it commanded attention and I want to be the same way when I walk down the isle.
So my fingers are crossed and hopefully I will be wearing it. Good lucky ladies!

I love love love #3 Alonza. I have only been engaged for two weeks but I have been planning my wedding forever. That headpiece is everything I love and want on my wedding day. I love a headpiece so much so that when I was proposed to, I was wearing a 1930s themed headpiece in honor of my 30th birthday.
I love the Alonza Russian netted veil because it’s modern but still has traditional charm. It’s also has some bling which I completely love it!
All of the headpieces are beautiful. With that said, my “honored” choice would be the Alessa – silver bridal hair comb. This piece speaks volumes to the degree of grace and sophistication it represents. Yes, this piece is elegant in its own way, but it’s more than that—it’s original and sits in a class of its own. Perfect for a bride who sets her own trend, walks in her very own path, and struts her stuff with pride and confidence.
