How did you meet?
Online! Thank you, COVID.
Tell us your proposal story
January 1st we were on a zoom call with both of our families and after the blessings of our union (Kenyan culture), he popped the question!
What did you do on your first date?
He flew in from Ohio and we had our first dinner date at Vons100 spirits in downtown Seattle. He was the nervous one.
What’s your favorite thing to do as a couple?
I love when he reads books out loud to me and we love to travel together.
How has wedding planning been so far?
Informative and pricey, mixed in with a little bit of COVID-safety anxiety. But we are loving every moment of it!
What are you looking forward to most on your wedding day?
Our families finally meeting in person!
