We were in love with the color palette and bridal styling in this shoot from the time we first saw the submission. Produced by a fabulous group of wedding vendors based in Minneapolis, the shoot is edgy with a hint of glamour meets bohemian all at the same time. Here’s what the photographer, Katrina of Studio Laguna had to say about her inspiration for the shoot.
In general, we were trying to use this year’s big fall color of emerald, and to incorporate deep jewel tones along with neutrals as our color palette. We used the book Great Expectations as our inspiration, trying to have a bit of decadence, edge and decay to go with the eccentric stylings of Aria, one of Minneapolis’ premier wedding venues.
