Describe your business. What did you do before starting your business in the wedding industry?

I worked in the Entertainment Industry for a British Director/Producer as a Sr. Executive Assistant, and I worked in the corporate world for other companies.

How long have you been in the wedding industry?

I started in the year 2000, so about 21 years.

How would you describe your style?

My style is seasonal, I can create just about anything. I can go from a Beach styled wedding to a Modern styled, to Rustic, to a Garden styled wedding, if that makes sense. I don’t have a set style.

What motivates you?

What motivates me is getting the opportunity to design my clients’ weddings.

Why should brides/grooms choose you?

Brides and Grooms should choose me because I am relatable. I pay attention to details. I am creative. I think outside the box. I am knowledgeable. I go beyond the scope of work and I aim to please.

How does your company define and measure success?

My company defines and measures success when we have a satisfied client at the end of their event.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

I most enjoy my work knowing that I helped my client achieve their dream wedding.

Describe a proud moment while working in the wedding industry.

My proudest moment was being acknowledged for my dedication, my hard work, and my talent by my peers. Being nominated twice for Best Wedding Planner in Orange County, CA by California Wedding Day Magazine, and winning the Trendsetter Award in my industry.

What’s the best compliment you’ve received for your work?

When several clients said that they will miss me, and can they be my new BFF.

What are your business goals?

My business goal is to grow my team and to train and coach new wedding planners.

What’s your favorite part of the wedding industry?

My favorite part of the wedding industry is, I get to meet new people and experience different cultures from all over the world.

Where do you find the most inspiration?

I find the most inspiration through travel, but most of all my time with God.
