If you’ve been following us really closely, then you know that we LOVE color. So this inspiration shoot photographed by Erika Layne Photography is right up our alley. It’s bright as can be with bold neon hues of pink, green and blue, yet it still has a softness to it. But then it also has a rustic feel with the wooden naked tables and the succulents. There’s a bit of everything in this shoot which is why it’s so intriguing. Enjoy these gorgeous images and check out more in the gallery. This shoot was also featured in the current issue on newsstands now. Click here to purchase a copy.
The Inspiration – Erika Layne
This Styled Shoot was created with the modern and edgy luxury bride in mind. A mix of natural elements such as wood, juxtaposed with lucite, gold, and topped off with pops of neon colors.
We printed menus on lucite, and invitations on wood to bring together the varying textures in useful ways.
On the bride, we put a handmade statement necklace made of painted leather scraps and metal chains for a very fresh and edgy feel to match her amazing hair style!
Floral design was also a little out of the box, with neon succulents, bright paper decahedrons, all against a lush white assemblage of hydrangea, roses, and lisianthus. Some of them were designed to hang above the table, rather than take up too much space in the middle.
