"Unlimited Elegance" - Styled Shoot by Cheryl Sullivan Events -Munaluchi Bride

“Surrounded by the magic of New Orleans,” Cheryl Sullivan of Cheryl Sullivan Events has designed a gorgeous and inspirational styled shoot, cohesively complete with unlimited elegance. The tablescape and floral selections feature a color palette of soft, shell pinks, rich pale blue, and lavish corals with bold pops of purple – all handsomely complemented by the natural wood table & chairs, and classic brick courtyard. The lace applique and feather-like accents of the couture bridal gown are a sophisticated and subtle reference to the Mardi Gras spirit of New Orleans – and the classic cake and graceful stationery perfectly round off this inspirational styled shoot that will leave every bride and groom-to-be taking many notes.

Surrounded by the magic of New Orleans, I wanted to design an elegant style with an exciting, colorful twist. I started with dramatic florals! I was intrigued by the unique, elongated shape of the bouquet. I fell in love with the color palette of corals, pinks and touches of purple and knew they had to be at the center of each decision.

The venue was stunning and the courtyard’s white stucco walls provided the perfect setting. I designed the tablescape with the inspiration of the florals. I wanted to select pieces that complemented but didn’t compete with each other. Napkins were hand tied with a delicate bloom for a romantic touch. Turquoise bud vases provided pops of color atop a blush runner which drew your eye across the tabletop. Soft, pink ribbon was used to create a cohesive look between elements such as the invitation suite and the cake.

For the bridal attire, I knew Alexandria would exude a sexy, yet sophisticated attitude in her couture gown. It was show-stopping and the deep V neckline paired beautifully with the long lines of the bouquet. A lover of outdoor weddings, I was mesmerized by the way this gown danced in the breeze.
