Brandey Rodgers and Marcus McDonald were introduced at a party by a mutual friend who happens to be one of Marcus’ brothers of Omega Psi Phi, Fraternity. The two, who are both very family centered, love to travel, and love to have fun, clicked right away and have been floating on cloud nine ever since. The two took their fun and sexy flow outdoors for their exciting Baltimore, Maryland engagement shoot at the American Visionary Arts Museum and Frederick Douglass-Isaac Myers Maritime Park.

Tell us all about the proposal!
Marcus surprised me by coercing me to plan my own 40th birthday celebration. Little did I know, he was planning to propose the entire time. He planned behind the scenes with my family and close friends. He even made sure that my parents were there. He proposed that evening with a room full of people and a room full of love.
How has planning been going so far?
Thus far, planning has been exciting minus a glitch or two. I realize that as an older bride, most folks tend to respect your wishes and move right out of your way.
What are you most excited about for your wedding day?
I’m so excited to share our day with our close family and friends. We really are party people who like to enjoy life. So, we are truly looking forward to our sexy and urban flow on the Fireplace Terrace in Miami. It will be FAB!
