A Match Made in British Pop Heaven: Rochelle Wiseman + Marvin Humes Are Married!!

If you keep up with our friends across the pond (the British), you’re probably really really excited about this bit of news. Alas, if you don’t, it might be time to get well-acquainted with some of the great artistes from the land out yonder :)

Rochelle Wiseman of British female pop band, The Saturdays (and formerly of S Club 8), married the love of her life, fiance Marvin Humes of Jack the Lad Swing (a.k.a JLS) on Friday, July 27, 2012.

According to HELLO! Magazine, the couple wed in the Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire surrounded by about 400 guests. Of course, the couple’s respective band mates made up their bridal and groom’s party. They were even given a surprise serenade by their band mates.

Wiseman looked simply ravishing in her gorgeous Vera Wang dress. It was no wonder, then, that her expectant groom was blown away by her bridal beauty. In an interview with HELLO! about the moment he finally set his eyes on his bride, he had this to say: “When the music started up and I knew Rochelle had arrived, I was desperate to turn around and look at her. We hadn’t spoken all day and had spent the previous night apart. I’d missed her and I couldn’t wait to see her. But so many people had said to me that I shouldn’t turn around – that it was unlucky. Then, when I looked to my left and she was there, oh man, she looked unbelievable; more beautiful than I’ve ever seen her look. Her face, her smile, the dress, everything … She was absolutely stunning.”

The couple had a very chic black and white dress code for their wedding. In addition, the stunning bride wore two dresses: the first by Vera wang as earlier stated; and the second, a short Oscar de la Renta number.
