We must send our congratulations to the always fashionable rapper Eve, 35, who is engaged to British fashion designer Maximillion Cooper, 41. Eve’s rep told E! News that Cooper, the founder of the motor rally Gumball 3000, popped the question to Eve on Christmas Day while vacationing in Scotland. Rumors about Eve’s engagement first started when she was seen wearing a ring on her left hand in a family photo that she posted Monday to her Instagram account @therealeve. In the caption to her picture, Eve mentions that she was vacationing in the English country side with her family, and she wished her fans a new year filled with “love,” and “positive, energy!” She later confirmed the speculation on her Twitter account tweeting, “Thanku 2 everybody 4 your congratulations on our engagement! We wanted to celebrate with our family and friends 1st b4 announcing.”
The lovely couple have been dating since 2011. The pair met at a Gumball 3000 rally when Eve entered for Puma. Eve opened up about her relationship to Cooper, to E! host Chelsea Handler stating, “I’ve never been the type of person to discriminate. But I honestly have to say I never thought I’d be with a white guy ever. I know that sounds horrible,” she laughed. “But it just happened. He’s amazing.” This will be Eve’s first marriage and the second marriage for Cooper, who has four children with his ex-wife. We wish nothing but the best for Eve. She will be a beautiful Munaluchi bride indeed!
