Hey Muna Brides, in our part one nail bar tutorial we gave you all the necessary steps to set up your super cute nail polish bar. Now that you’re ready for business, we’re going to walk you through how you and your girls can create custom lacquers. Check out the tips below on how to make your own nail polish via Jen Carreiro of Something Turquoise.
Add a mixing ball.
Carefully pour the suspending nail polish base into your nail polish bottle.
Add 10-20 scoops of mica and/or glitter into the nail polish bottle. The less mica you add the more sheer the color will be. Test the color on your nails or a piece of paper and add more if you’d like it darker, remember you can always go darker but not lighter.
Screw the lid on tight and shake!
In a few easy steps you and your guests have created a custom nail polish that you all can wear on your big day. Now grab a cocktail and cheers to marriage and manis!
