Indira and Omar’s dreamy nuptials set in The Bahamas gave us major wedding goals.

This vibrant couple met at the Bahamas Bar Association’s Annual Christmas luncheon.”Omar told me that when we walked in, I immediately caught his eyes” Indira says. “During an intermission, Omar approached one of my colleagues and inquired about me. After that, she came over to me with a grin on her face saying, ‘That guy over there, Omar Sands, was just asking about you, he’s a nice guy! You should talk to him!’”

As a result of that one special luncheon, on the eve of Indira’s 31st birthday, Omar proposed with the help of her family. These two attorney’s found in each other a love story and a motto that exemplified their journey as a couple: “Our shared interests with similarities and differences ironically created a perfectly imperfect us.”

The picturesque and historic St. Agnes Anglican church constructed in 1841 served as the deeply meaningful wedding venue for Omar and Indira’s sumptuous ceremony in The Bahamas. Indira’s glamorous yet delicate custom wedding gown from designer Pnina Tornai set the tone for the couple’s luxurious wedding experience. The ambiance of the event and the modern decor was magnified with the thoughtful wardrobe styling of the entire wedding party which gave guests a feast of joyful vibrant colors to visually indulge in. The couple’s well-appointed reception took place at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar where gorgeous magenta, blue and purple tones created a lush atmosphere that was enhanced by sumptuously, curated floral arrangements and lush tablescapes.
