The Love Story …. “Jason and I attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga together. Well, we should say that we attended at the same time because we never spoke to each other but knew the same people. Fast forward seven years and Jason asked me to be his friend on Facebook. After a while, emails turned to phone calls and phone calls turned to visits. I live in Baltimore, Maryland and Jason lived in Chattanooga but our love for each other outweighed the distance. While visiting me for Valentine’s Day in 2009, Jason asked me to be his wife! The rest is history!”

The Wedding Details …. “Tara lived in the DC area for a few years and fell in love with the minimalistic, yet artistic view of the city. While designing her wedding and reception, we named the wedding DC Chic. It was held in an art gallery in Downtown Memphis, Tennessee. We created a white palette/base and topped it with purple, pewter and gray. The gentlemen wore Chuck Taylors with their tuxedos to enhance the uptown chicness of the day. Tara wore a gown designed by Lazaro while the bridesmaids donned Lynn Lugo peplum-style, strapless dresses.” -Wedding Planner, Andria Lewis of Andria Lewis Events.
