With wedding season in full effect, I have attended an innumerable amount of weddings in just the past few weeks.
One wedding that really stuck out and inspired me to write this was a friend who had an intimate, yet heartfelt marriage ceremony at a courthouse. Whether some couples prefer to have a lavish wedding or a beautiful, yet expensive destination wedding, city hall and courthouse weddings have risen in popularity. Some pronounced reasons on why to consider city hall or courthouse nuptials are: they are sweet, intimate, personal, pure, simple, less stressful, low-key, and affordable! They can be extremely beautiful, romantic, and special. And just because you select the courthouse, does not mean you need to sacrifice style. You can take advantage of wearing a traditional gown or dress or being nontraditional —rocking a pink ensemble or bright colored pumps. I would like to invite you to some of my favorite courthouse and city hall weddings, as an option for your wedding day.
